Chrys & Associates is an owner-focused construction management firm based in Delta, BC, serving Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey and the wider Lower Mainland. We provide quantity surveying services, quantity takeoff, construction cost management, insurance replacement cost reports, risk management and construction scheduling. As an independent cost consultant and construction project consultant, we have no stake in the build, so our advice protects only your budget and timeline. Our PMP, PQS, MRICS and Gold Seal-credentialed team uses Primavera P6 and open-book cost tracking to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
