I hired Stephanie Bradshaw as a Fractional Creative Director for our hospitality activation project in Melbourne and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I made. Despite her high fees and fancy titles, the concepts were generic, revisions were minimal, and the final execution lacked any real creativity or impact.
